Bathroom 4 | Stanford in the Vale
“Create a stunning high-end look with this lavish modern free standing bath
A striking contemporary en-suite bathroom in a beautiful character home set in the quiet village of Stanford in the Vale, Oxfordshire.
CBKI have been commissioned to completely refurbish two en-suite shower rooms and two bathrooms located over three floors. The photos show the third of these completed. Metro Cream Gloss subway style tiles have been fitted half height throughout for a bright appearance that contrasts well with the grey wood effect porcelain plank floor tiles. The shower cubicle is tiled full height.
Lots of natural lighting from the beautiful dormer window reflects throughout the room picking out the contemporary clean lines and splashing sunlight around the finished space.
A Crosswater white low profile shower tray compliments the choice of wall tiles which are bordered with a mosaic colour band.
The sanitary ware and vanity basin are from the Crosswater range, the toilet pan and cistern are the Kai collection, the shower screen is a soft close slider shower door also from the Crosswater range and boasts a smooth open and close movement for ease of use.
A designer powder coated white towel rail and Crosswater illuminated over basin mirror add the final touches to this luxury bathroom.
CBKI’s decorators completed the refurbishment, repainting the skirting and surround mouldings, door and window frames, and a brilliant white ceiling that accentuates the inset downlighting installed by CBKI’s electrician.
All of the trade activities were coordinated by the Installation Manager to ensure that each stage of the refurbishment happened in a timely manner to expedite completion of the refurbishment project.
CBKI’s Installation Manager advised our client throughout the design, planning and installation to ensure that their expectations were fully realised.
We are now partway through the refurbishment of the final bathroom, lookout for the updates and photos to follow!
